Before you submit your Study Abroad application, make sure you have done the following:
- Check the application closing deadlines
- Completed all sections of the form
- Enclosed copies of academic transcripts, graduation certificates, an explanation of the grading system and any additional documentation officially translated and certified. Remember to enclose both the translated and the certified copies of your documents.
- Attach a passport sized photograph for your ID card (an ID card cannot be produced without a photo). The photo must be:

- A recent photo less than six months old
- A full-frontal view of face, head and shoulders, looking straight at the camera with eyes open and head straight
- A true image and not altered in any way
- Clear, sharp and in focus with minimum reflective light on the face
- A plain, light coloured background (not white or dark) and no background shadow
- Printed on high quality photographic paper of high resolution
- Actual photo size of 45mm height x 35mm width
- Head size a maximum 80% of the photo (36mm) and minimum 70% of the photo (32mm)
- Enclosed a certified copy of your current passport or birth certificate
- Enclosed a certified copy of your official English language test results
- Enclosed other supporting documentation related to your application
- Enclosed a translated (if it is not in English) and certified copy of your medical and travel insurance certificate (if you have purchased your own)
- Read the declaration and signed and dated this application form
Remember, send certified photocopied documents with your application form. All documents must be certified and if you do not do this you can’t be enrolled - please don’t send originals as they cannot be returned. For details on how to submit certified/official documentation see

Note:
You must ensure you read, sign and date the form under the student declaration section of the application.
The University may suspend or terminate your enrolment if any falsified documents are discovered during the application or enrolment process, or during your study.
