2013 fees for domestic undergraduate students at AUT University: tuition and other charges
All domestic undergraduate students must pay tuition fees and (except distance-learning students) a student services fee. This page lists these fees.

Tuition fees for domestic undergraduate students
The compulsory tuition fee for a year of full-time study is:
- $5175 (GST incl) to $5567 (GST incl) for 120 points
- The amount you pay within this range depends on the combination of papers you study in your degree or other course
- Part-time students pay a proportion of the full-time fee
Courses for which you must pay undergraduate tuition fees
You must pay undergraduate tuition fees if you are enrolled in any of the following programmes at AUT University:
- Certificate
- Diploma
- Bachelor's degree
- Graduate diploma
- Graduate certificate
2013 Compulsory Student Services Fee: for services and building use
- 2013 Student Service Fee - $460 for 120 points or $3.83 per academic point (GST incl)
- 2013 Building Levy - $60 for 120 points or $0.50 per academic point (GST incl)
Distance learning students are exempt from the Student Services Fee because they do not use the campus services and facilities.
