Stroke Riskometer wins award

In 2014, Professor Valery Feigin and his team developed an iPhone and Android app called the Stroke Riskometer. The app enables users to measure their risk of stroke by keying in a few details In January 2015 the Stroke Riskometer won the “Top Medical Conditions App on iOS” award in a competition for the top 100 health and medical apps of 2014.
Celebrating the best health and wellness mobile apps, the HealthTap AppRx Award recognises the apps most recommended by healthTap’s network of 64,000+ top U.S. doctors. The Stroke Riskometer was selected as a top health app out of more than 100,000+ apps, based on its medical accuracy, its utility in supporting health or healthy living goals, and usability.
