Here you'll find contact details of staff who can help you choose or apply for your postgraduate course of study.

    Contact the Course Information Centre if you need help choosing a course of study or if you want to confirm entry requirements.
  • Faculty contacts
    Contact your faculty postgraduate office if you have questions about the processes involved with postgraduate study or information pertaining to the status or outcome of your application.
  • Ask Student Info
    Look through the database for admission related questions or ask a question of your own.
  • Student information centre
    Contact the Student Information Centre if you need any help with the application process, submitting supporting documents or with Arion.

Course information centre

If you need help choosing a course of study or you know what course you want to do but have questions before you’re ready to apply, contact the Course Information Centre. Staff can provide you with friendly, helpful information to put you on the right track. Call 0800 AUT UNI (0800 288 864) from 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

AUT's Student Information Centre provides information on applications and admission, fees and invoices, student loans, academic records, general enrolment, graduation, accommodation, activities and events and student services.

Contact the Student Information Centre by visiting in person or phoning the Helpline on +64 9 921 9779. The Helpline is available Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
