Once you have submitted your application, you will be sent a confirmation email or letter. If you applied through an AUT registered agent, all correspondence will be sent to them.
If we require further information, you will be contacted by us via email or post.
If your application is successful you will receive an Offer of Place letter which will give you information about tuition fees, enrolment fees, learners services levy, insurance fees, date of payment, methods of payment and a copy of the University’s refund policy. We will also notify you if your application has not been successful.
If you wish to accept the Offer you must sign and date the Acceptance of Offer form and return it to us as well as pay all fees as stated on the Offer. Fees cannot be paid in instalments.
Receiving an Offer of Place does not guarantee you a place. To guarantee your place in your programme of choice, you must pay your tuition, enrolment and insurance fees by the due date. Do not delay making payment as all places are subject to availability. If, in the case that all places in the programme are taken at the time you decide to pay the fees and accept the Offer of Place, we will offer you a place in the next available intake.
If you wish to decline your Offer of Place please contact international.applications@aut.ac.nz.
