Te Reo Māori at AUT University: an overview

  • Also referred to as Māori language
At AUT’s Faculty of Māori Development, Te Ara Poutama, you can learn Te Reo Māori at any level - including masters level. We have:
  • Courses that enable students to develop a full understanding of the language and its culture
  • Staff who believe that you should have fun, feel empowered and enjoy learning
  • Interactive classrooms that use the latest learning technology, such as MP3 players (instead of old-world language labs)
