Psychology — social sciences

Psychology is the scientific study of human behaviour. Psychology provides a much needed perspective on what humans need to develop and thrive.

The study of psychology at the School of Social Sciences and Public Policy looks at psychology within the context of our society; the places where we live and work. You can also major in psychology (with a health focus) as part of the Bachelor of Health Science. Postgraduate study is required to become a clinical psychologist, and majoring in Psychology in either the Bachelor of Arts or the Bachelor of Health Sciences can lead to postgraduate study.
