Māori Health at AUT University: an overview
We develop and teach the te ara hauora Māori (Māori health) pathway papers that allow flexibility and a wide range of study options for students interested in a Māori health career. The Māori health path promotes connectedness between a student’s chosen career and Māori health . The path integrates core health and environmental sciences papers across the areas of health, sport and recreation, and sciences.
