Residential Assistants (RA’s)
Residential Assistants are here to help you during your time in AUT student accommodation. You can contact the duty RA on the phone numbers below, or pick up the white phone at the reception desk.

Akoranga Student Village: 0800 AUT ASV
Student Advisors
Student Advisors offer a general information and support service to students. You can contact a Student Advisor in relation to any personal, social or practical issue you would like to discuss.
Student Advisors also have drop-in and appointment times at Wellesley Student Apartments and Akoranga Student Village - check out the posters on the events noticeboards for drop-in times.
Confidential Feedback Service
Do you have feedback, a compliment or a complaint about living in AUT student accommodation? You can email us your feedback confidentially to resfeedback@aut.ac.nz. Residential Accommodation staff are not able to read emails sent to this email address. Please note that this is not a support or counselling service.
