The IT Service Desk is open at the following times:
- Monday to Friday, 7am to 10pm via phone, ITHelp online, face to face in the Open Access Labs (limited support available after 5pm via phone)
- Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 6pm (support only available for Students in the Open Access Labs: WA414 from 9am to 5pm, WA3 & AL125 from 10am to 6pm)
If your issue is not urgent, you could leave us a voice message or log a job via ITHelp which will be dealt with on the next business day.
The above times are standard Semester times, and are subject to change during Semester breaks and Public holidays.
