AUT Maori Expo 2005

Thousands of people attended this year’s AUT Māori Expo at Auckland’s Aotea Centre. Musical performances, kapa haka, fashion shows and a political debate featuring Labour MP John Tamihere and National MP Georgina te Heuheu were a few of the entertainment options on offer. Tertiary study options were another focus for the event, which celebrated Māori success and culture.
