Biography
After a career of 30 years in international business with IBM, Xerox, Unisys, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, and managing his own IT trading company, including general management, human resource management, and marketing, with tours of duty in the USA, Mexico, the Caribbean Islands, England, Belgium, and China, he completed a PhD in International Management in 1999. Since that time he has taught in Switzerland, Germany, and New Zealand. We has conducted or is conducting research projects in New Zealand, China, Korea, India, Japanea, Sub-Saharan Africa, Turkey, Mexico, Romania, Germany, and England.

Interests in Research Supervision
International management, leadership, and HR management issues involving doing business in multiple countries. Generally open to work in any geographic area. Romie is also a member of the Gender and Diversity Research Interest Group.
