Disaster Recovery
An area of development for the ITRU is disaster recovery. An interdisciplinary team including Professor Jo Ann Walton (Division of Health Care Practice) and Brenda Costa-Scorse (Head of School, Paramedic and Emergency Specialties) are collaborating with the Ministry of Civil Defence and Emergency Management to identify New Zealand research needs for community recovery following natural disasters.Last updated: 26 Jun 2009 3:52pm
