- Standard registration: NZ$560 (after 25th September 2009)
- Conference dinner (19 November 2009): NZ$85

Cancellation/refund policy
Registrations cancelled up to 21 days prior to the conference will be refunded subject to a $50 administration fee. All cancellations must be advised in writing and posted to the Refugee Conference Secretariat. Substitutions may be made at any time, subject to notification.
