Biography:

Dr Rachel Morrison currently teaches and researches in Organisational Psychology / Organisational Behaviour within the Business School at AUT. Her degrees are in Psychology and Organisational Psychology and she has previously taught within psychology departments at Auckland University, Massey University and AUT University.
 
Rachel’s research interests include gender and equity issues in the workplace, relationships in the workplace and friendship formation.
