The registration fee (regular and discounted) includes attendance to all Sessions, Tutorials, Workshops, abstracts and one CD Rom Conference Proceeding.

The student registration fee includes attendance to all Sessions, Tutorials, Workshops, abstracts and one CD Rom Conference Proceeding.  A letter of verification or Certificate of enrolment issued from the Departmental Chair with his/her signature must accompany student registration.  Any registration without a verification letter will not be processed.  Copies of student identification cards are not acceptable. 

Please note that one registration covers only one paper.  The extra fee will be charged for additional paper(s), if more than one paper is accepted. The extra fee is 200 USD for each additional accepted paper. Please supply the paper IDs in the registration form to avoid possible delays.

At least one of the authors must register for the conference. The deadline for standard registration is 20th October 2008. The extra charges for additional paper(s) should also be paid by 20th October 2008. If you miss the deadline, your paper may not appear in the Abstracts and the Proceedings.

The page limit for each paper is eight. Up to four additional pages per paper, will be permitted for a charge of 80 USD per additional page. For your paper to be included in the proceedings, extra page charges need to be paid in your registration.
