WANT TO BE A STALL HOLDER?
AUT Campus Markets take place Mondays at Akoranga
campus and Wednesdays at Wellesley campus. They run from 10.00am
- 2.00pm during semester. They are not held during semester breaks.
There is no cover charge to hold a stall on campus but you must
book to reserve your space.
To become a stall holder you need to fill out a request form:
STALL HOLDER POLICY
Campus Events (AUT) shall provide the stallholder
with the following:
• Free Market Day venue, including providing
a 1.8m trestle table at no charge to the stallholders. This will
be set up on campus prior to 10am and packed down by 2pm.
• Free communication and advertising of the Campus Markets
to all students and staff on AUT campus.
• Spaces will be allocated at Campus Events (AUT) discretion.
Stall holders will:
• Fill out information form on website
to determine suitability of placement of stall on AUT campus.
• Contact Jacob Bish (09) 921 9999 Extension 8474 by the stallholder
before setting up a stall for AUT Campus Markets.
• Inform Campus Events (AUT) of products being sold on campus,
so we are not in breach of contract with any other products being
sold.
• Provide reliable contact details for communication purposes.
• Stallholders must organise their own car parking.
• Set up prior to 10am, and pack down by 2pm.
• Turn up to scheduled Market Day. Failure to do so for two
consecutive Market Days will result in loss of reserved space.
• If for any reason, you are unable to attend a Market Day
7 days notice is required.
Please Note:
• Campus Events (AUT) reserve the
right to revoke this agreement at any time, and reserve the right
to refuse the display and sale of merchandise if it is deemed to
be unsuitable, illegal or of an offensive nature. Whilst on campus
all care will be given, however there is a no responsibility policy
in regards to the stallholder and their merchandise.
FOOD STALL HOLDERS REQUIREMENTS
To have a food stall on campus you will be required to fill out
the request form on line (FORM)
Any stallholder wishing to sell food products
on campus must contact hold a Temporary Food Stall Health Certificate.

Each food stallholder must comply with all Health
and Safety regulations whilst trading on AUT campus. AUT reserves
the right to decline any food stallholder at any time if necessary.
