The open access computer labs and printers are managed by the ITS staff. All the networked computers in the Library print to a central printer that uses the student internet payment (SIP) account.
There is an IT helpdesk in each Library to assist with internet logins and passwords and computer troubleshooting. Wireless laptops are also issued.
Printsprint is responsible for the management and maintenance of the photocopiers in the Library. There are a number of photocopiers in each Library, some are coin operated and the majority use the student internet payment (SIP) account system where credit is loaded onto the AUT ID card.
There is a Printsprint service desk at the City Campus Library, which offers a number of services such as overhead transparencies, binding, laminating, scanning and assistance with photocopying.
