AUT Library received 4316 responses from students and staff telling us what is important and how they rate our service delivery.
The survey results show that the most important areas to students are the availability, adequacy and accessibility of electronic resources, the user friendliness of the Library’s website, and a customer-oriented library staff and culture.
Students continue to rate the characteristics of Library staff highly: their helpfulness, approachability, and the general quality of their face-face-service.
A key area of concern for students is the availability of quiet study space for individual work.
