EndNote is personal reference management software which is available on the AUT University Network. Staff and students may also obtain a copy for off-campus use. Use EndNote to:

  • Store, manage and organise your references.
  • Create bibliographies and reading lists instantly in the style of your choice.
  • Import references directly from Library databases.

° Getting EndNote for your home computer or laptop

AUT students and staff are able to install one copy of EndNote X1 on a home computer. Windows and Mac versions are available. For more information visit the IT Knowledge Base for Students or Staff :

An online version of the EndNote manual is installed when you download EndNote. To access this, click on Start - Programs - EndNote - EndNote Manual (you will need Acrobat Reader).
