Purpose
To provide clear guidelines to AUT staff and students who wish to use the Learning Centre as a venue for filming or photography.

To provide clear guidelines to AUT staff and students who wish to use the Learning Centre as a venue for filming or photography.
Procedure
- No filming or photography is permitted in the Learning Centre unless permission has been granted by a senior staff member, usually an Associate University Librarian or Team Leader.
- In accordance with the Privacy Act no person may be filmed or photographed for publication without their consent.
- The filming or photography should not disturb Library (Learning Centre) users.
