Seddon Memorial Technical College Scholarships Fund
AUT recognises the important part that its Seddon Memorial Technical College (SMTC) heritage has played on the success of AUT as a University. In particular, AUT continues to encourage strong ties between AUT and SMTC alumni – whether they were graduates or teaching staff. The SMTC Scholarships Fund is AUT’s way of ensuring the SMTC name lasts into the future and allows scholarships to be awarded to worthy students.
AUT plans to establish an SMTC Scholarships Fund Board in 2010 to set more detailed criteria for successful scholarship applicants.
