AUT University and USA Rugby Project

Through the Friends of AUT Sports Leadership Fund, AUT has partnered with the New Zealand Embassy and other stakeholders to provide opportunities for US youth to visit New Zealand on rugby + study scholarships. Friends of AUT continues to develop this fund to further US-NZ academic and sporting exchanges.

In 2009, AUT brought the first two scholarship winners to Auckland, New Zealand.
