AUT University has an accredited health and wellbeing centre on our City and North Shore campuses. Make an appointment or drop-in to see a doctor, nurse, counsellor or other medical or health professional. Listed are our phone numbers, locations and opening hours.

The City Campus centre is open 8.00 am - 5.00 pm, Monday - Friday and closed on weekends and University holidays. We are open in semester breaks but opening hours may be reduced.Physical address

Manukau Campus
There is currently no onsite health and counselling service at our Manukau Campus. Student advisors in the MB building will be able to assist you to access the services you require on our other campuses.

Urgent assistance
For a medical emergency, phone an ambulance by dialling 111. If you are dialling from an AUT phone, dial 1 for an outside line then dial 111.- For urgent assistance on campus during office hours, phone ext 8888 to ask for nurse assistance or make an urgent appointment with a counsellor, mental health coordinator, doctor or nurse. Please tell the receptionist why the need for assistance is urgent
