The orientation information session for new Chinese speaking students at AUT will give you the practical skills and confidence needed to successfully tackle your study at AUT University.
Semester 1, 2013 information session for Chinese speaking students
Thursday 28 February 20139.30am-2.30pm, WB327, City Campus
The session includes workshops and presentations on
- Academic expectations
- AUT policies and regulations
- Practical study methods and strategies for university success
- Key computer and search skills for university study, including AUT online and Arion
- Key facilities and student services
- Learning support and social activities for Chinese speaking students
- Meeting and interacting with student peers from the same programme and school
Registration is essential for catering purposes (morning tea and lunch will be provided).
