Wellesley student apartments: fees for 2012
This page has the 2012 schedule of fees for living in AUT's Wellesley student apartments. Fees are stated as a full year's accommodation - but you can stay for 1 semester (half the academic year).
Style of accommodation and accessibility
We offer flatting style city accommodation in a safe, supportive and modern environment. Wellesley Student Apartments feature group living with each fully furnished apartment having 4 or 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living area and kitchen.We have some apartments which are accessible for students who use a wheelchair.
Any rates advertised are subject to change and are confirmed at the time of signing a contract for accommodation.
The advance payment option refers to credit card. Please note that Visa and Mastercard are the only credit cards that we accept if you choose this option.

Additional fees
These costs are to be paid in full, in advance of occupancy.- A one off placement fee of $155.00 (non refundable)
- An events/activities fee of $110.00 ($55.00 per semester)
- A bond of $400.00 (refundable)
- Changes to contract fee of $110.00 (if applicable)
- Extension of contract administration fee of $110.00
- Linen and bedding (optional) fee of $125.00
Note: AUT will provide the following as part of the accommodation contract: water; and electricity to the value of $400 per semester per apartment.
