Academic transcripts

An academic transcript is a formal and complete record of the results you have gained while studying. Employers and accrediting bodies often ask to see transcripts.

When you can get a transcript

You can buy a transcript at any time, even before graduating – it will display all confirmed results at the date of issue.

Semester 2 results

Results for Semester 2 are finalised at the end November. If you need a complete transcript, contact the Student Hub from December 1. If you request a transcript before December, your Semester 2 results will not appear on it.

Getting your transcript: current students and alumni

If you are a current AUT student or you graduated before July 2017, there is a cost of $20 for access to your digital academic transcript.

Email the Student Hub to ask for your transcript to be released to My eQuals. You will receive an email from the My eQuals system when it is ready.

You will need to create an account in My eQuals and buy the transcript, which you can then share digitally.

Graduates from July 2017 onwards: free digital transcripts

All AUT graduates from July 2017 and after will get access to their official academic transcript as a digital document.

You usually get access to your free transcript within 24 hours of the final graduation ceremony taking place.

My eQuals will send you an email with a link to access your transcript. This is sent to the email address you have registered in your Arion account.

If you don't receive an email

If you don't get an email from My eQuals within 24 hours of the final graduation ceremony, contact the Student Hub for help.
