What to do if you are being harassed or bullied

tears
If you feel harassed or bullied by another student or staff member, it’s best to speak out rather than stay silent.
An initial step you can take is to tell the person you don’t like the behaviour and you want it to stop.

If this does not work, then talk to a trained AUT Harassment prevention contact in Student Services or an AUSM student advocate who can provide you with confidential support, information and options.

Supported self help: harassment prevention programme

The programme aims to help you with concerns and complaints. Our Harassment prevention contacts can help you resolve your problem confidentially at a low level.
