Steps you can take if you are being harassed or bullied
Harassment and bullying are in many forms
The behaviour may be:
- face to face
- electronic
- by telephone (particularly mobile texts or SMS)
- in pictures
Supported self help: harassment prevention programme
The programme aims to help you with concerns and complaints. Harassment prevention contacts can help you resolve your problem confidentially at a low level. This is called supported self help which means that you can:
- discuss the issue confidentially
- consider options that you might not know about
- find a way to resolve your issue without others being involved
