Concerns, complaints and compliments

Our centre is committed to providing excellent health, counselling, and wellbeing services for AUT students and staff. We welcome your feedback on our services. You can email stella.mcfarlane@aut.ac.nz or phone us on + 64 9 921 9992 or + 64 9 921 9998. We appreciate that although we strive to provide you with excellent care that at times you may have cause to complain about your care from our centre. We would like to assist you in finding an acceptable resolution of your complaint. We encourage you to speak with the staff member concerned in the first instance. If it is not comfortable for you to do so or the issue is not resolved, you can contact our complaints officer. This is our manager Stella McFarlane, however any member of our staff can receive your complaint.
