We welcome any feedback you may have regarding Student Services at AUT. If you would like to provide us with feedback on our services or ideas for improvements, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can also fill out a feedback card found at each of the service areas and drop it into the box provided.
Hopefully you'll never have to make any formal complaints while you study here, but if you do, we've set up a system to help you.
There are steps you need to follow:
To lodge a formal complaint you must put it in writing to:

Once a formal complaint has been received by the Academic Registrar, we will acknowledge your complaint in writing via post. Anonymous formal complaints will not be actioned.
The Complaints Office will then investigate the matter and gather information and a response from the faculty, staff member or department involved. All the information will be collated and assessed based on the information provided and the feedback given.
