Documents for your qualification

When you graduate you will be provided with two documents which officially verify your qualification. These documents are a transcript, and a parchment.
These are the parchment and an academic transcript.

Both are important documents so please treat them with care, you may consider having your parchment framed.

Parchments can only be replaced in extreme circumstances where loss or damage can be verified.

Academic transcripts can be purchased at any point even prior to graduation.

The official certificate you receive when you graduate is called a parchment.

It has on it your legal name, the name of your degree, date of graduation, signatures of the officers of the university and the university’s seal.

Legally you can only have one original parchment for each qualification, replacements can only be issued if damage or loss can be verified.
