One-on-one help with your assignments: drop-in centres

Advice with your essays and assignments. You don't need an appointment for the drop-in service at Learning Development and Success: Te Tari Awhina.

Advice and help we offer you

  • Identifying your academic learning needs
  • Helping you to clarify the purpose and structure of your assignment
  • Working with you to improve your written work, presentation skills and academic communication
  • Helping you to develop the strategies and skills to work independently

We are happy to listen to your ideas. But we can arrange an appointment for you to get specialised tuition from a peer tutor.

If you think you need academic learning assistance, then plan ahead. We would like to work with you and provide long term strategies so that you can develop your skills and your studying independence. Come and see us to discuss your particular studying and assessment needs.
