Student Learning Centre resources

There are many learning resources AUT students can download for free or view online that have been developed by the AUT Student Learning Centre team over the years. This section includes printable resources, online resources and videos, all of our Study Smart presentations and useful links to other websites. Resources are organised into skills areas (such as Academic Writing, Numeracy, etc...). Have a look at each skill area for both undergraduate and postgraduate resources.

We also want to acknowledge the work of colleagues in New Zealand and internationally who have either granted permission to use their excellent materials or provided an excellent literature base for the development of learning resources – we have endeavoured to acknowledge these sources where possible and any omissions are unintentional.

All materials are copyright, although AUT University staff can use these materials for the instruction of AUT students without permission. This material is free to use for private research and study, but must be properly acknowledged or referenced as appropriate. Written permission must be obtained from the Director, Student Learning Centre, prior to modification of materials or reproduction on a non-AUT University website. Commercial distribution of any part of these materials is strictly prohibited.
