If you want to send and receive files and mail using the tools provided by AUT, you can access the MyFiles and WebMail services from any location with an internet connection.
MyFiles lets you do anything you would normally do with your files on campus, from a remote location. You can download files from your H:\ drive to your personal computer by following these steps:

WebMail is web-based email which means that it can be accessed from anywhere you have internet access. When you enrol at AUT, you automatically get a personal email address based on your login name as well as 40MB of email storage. If your login is abc1234 then your email address would be firstname.lastname@example.org. To access your AUT WebMail click on the eMail tab via the UniCentral site or go to http://webmail.aut.ac.nz.
