If you are unable to log into AUTonline please contact the AUT IT Service Desk with the following information; your student ID, paper number and name ie 772311 Biology 2A , and your lecturer's name.

Contact - Phone 921 9888 or contact us online via: http://ithelp.aut.ac.nz (7am to 10pm weekdays and 9am to 6pm weekends)

If you are a distance student outside Auckland you can now use or freephone number 0508 AUT IT HELP (0508 288 484) this will only work outside Auckland and will not work from mobile phones.


Internet / Webmail Registration

All new students need to register their AUT Internet and Webmail account. This can be done on campus. Students who can not come onto campus please refer to the information for distance students


Library Databases

If you are trying to access the library databases and cannot log in please contact either Craig Murdoch on 921 9999 ext. 8550 or Jasna Romic on 921 9999 ext. 8532.

Please note: AUT students wishing to access AUTonline should ensure that their computer has at least the recommended minimum specifications for efficient use of the programme. Students should consult a local supplier to upgrade their machine and its software if necessary.
