University Research Office
The University Research Office is responsible for the authorisation of all external research funding applications made by University researchers. It also provides assistance to postgraduate students applying for external research scholarships and research funding. If you are thinking of making an application, contact the Office as early as possible, as they can advise and assist you with application preparation. All applications must be completed and submitted not less than 3 working days before the deadline.
AUT Commercialisation
AUT has a range of services to support students and staff in innovative research or the commercialisation of research carried out at the University. This includes assistance on intellectual property issues, working with commercial partners and commercial funding sources. Research staff and students seeking assistance should contact the University Research Office in the first instance, who will work closely with various departments of AUT to provide a comprehensive range of support services.
