If you have any questions about the AUT computer network, email and internet usage, or any other IT related problem, the IT Service Desk can help.
Frontline assistance is available on campus during the semester at each of the open access labs from the hours of 7.00am - 10.00pm, Monday - Friday. Special extended coverage is available in the weekends for urgent matters on an on-call basis.
If you have any problems using the computers, IT Service Desk staff offer free introductory computer workshops, or they can sit down one-to-one with you for a short time to go over anything you need help with. Just give them a call and ask.
