As well as good academic grades, employers also look for graduates with the ‘C’ skills: collaboration, co-operation, community, curiosity, communication and creativity. The AUT Edge Award helps you develop these skills.
You may be surprised at how much you are already doing that meets the requirements of the AUT Edge Award. For example, organising a training session for your sports team, volunteering for a few hours at your local animal refuge, attending a CV workshop, taking part in a drama or dance production, doing an overseas exchange… it all counts.
