

If your schedule – or budget – doesn't allow you to get to the gym, then walking to uni is a good alternative. It's free, reliable, and a great way to clear your head before (or after) class.
All you need is a comfy pair of shoes and a little extra time!
Those living in central Auckland (Ponsonby, for example) can walk to the City Campus in about half an hour.
If you live further out of town, walk to your nearest bus stop or train station, then take public transport the rest of the way.
