Using NASA-developed technology, designer Audrina Heng created the Root Ball, a beautiful timber and brass planter that purifies the air in the room.

Bachelor of Business in International Business and Marketing
Winning grants to launch her business, she now makes beautiful mastectomy bras, with the goal of helping women who have survived breast cancer feel confident and empowered.
Sam
Bachelor of Sport & Recreation in Sport & Exercise Science
Sam works as a performance analyst for teams like the Auckland Blues and the New Zealand Warriors, who benefit from his ability to use new technologies to gather and analyse data from each match.
Tonisha
Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences, minor in Māori Development
Pairing her passion for Māori youth and public policy, Tonisha landed a work placement at Te Puni Kōkiri. She says that studying at AUT has taught her to see social issues more critically.
